Early in 2023, Matt joined us as a lead facilitator and he’s been going from strength to strength. Those who have been lucky enough to have had events hosted by Matt will know that he is the epitome of professionalism, effortlessly orchestrating gatherings with an infectious positivity that never fades.

Despite his youthful appearance, don’t be misled—Matt possesses a maturity that surpasses his years, adding depth and wisdom to his already impressive skill set. His unwavering commitment to excellence is complemented by a perpetual smile, making every interaction with him a delightful and memorable experience.

Midway through 2023, we welcomed Laura as our new Marketing & Communications Coordinator. Embracing the unpredictable nature of her position, she happily tackles the challenges we throw her way. From crafting blog posts to updating and maintaining our website.

Laura’s creative flair extends to designing captivating materials for our lead facilitators, showcasing her versatility in both written and visual communication.

Since joining our team in November, Kali, our latest lead facilitator, has swiftly left an indelible mark, making a significant impact in a remarkably short span. Starting during our busiest time of the year, Kali hit the ground running and has risen to the challenge and has made it seem effortless.

Kali’s vibrant and upbeat personality, coupled with her passion for adventure, uniquely qualifies her for the role. Her enthusiasm for team building is palpable, making each event an exciting and memorable experience.
