Don’t worry! We won’t have your team lifting heavy objects or competing in any brute strength style challenges like sometimes seen on the TV show. Instead, the challenges are based on the immunity challenges where teams need to solve a giant puzzle, construct a tower – all require that teams work together to be successful. We will liaise with you in the lead-up to the event & tailor the challenges to suit the demographics & abilities of your group. We want your delegates to feel safe whenever participating in one of our events, and we’ll never ask anyone to do something they don’t feel comfortable doing.
Outwit, outplay and outlast your opponents in this fun & competitive team building event based on the hit TV series, Survivor. This activity is based on the “immunity challenges” that see teams competing head to head at a series of initiative based, problem solving tasks that require the whole team working together to defeat your opponents. Friendly competition, fun & a great deal of teamwork are the key outcomes of this great event! Survivor
About Survivor
Key Facts
Upon arriving delegates will be separated into their tribes (teams) of approximately 8-10 people per team.
Teams rotate through a series of predetermined activity sites competing head to head with other teams along the way aiming to earn votes for the Tribal Council at the conclusion.
Challenges focus more on lateral thinking, problem solving and teamwork than physical strength, speed or endurance.
Unlike the TV Show, tribes will not vote members out of their team! Instead, at the end of the activity we will hold Tribal Council. Here, teams will get the opportunity to take points from each other based on how many votes they have earned along the way!
This event requires a large, flat grassed location such as an oval, park, reserve or beach.
For any activity held on council owned land a permit is required. We will organise this on your behalf and add the permit cost to your booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
No! Although we do host a Tribal Council at the end of your activity, you will not be voting people out of your team. Instead, teams will utilise the points (votes) they’ve accumulated throughout the event to steal points from the other teams. All is fair in love and war!
The Survivor requires a large, flat, preferably grassed area such as an oval, park, reserve or beach. If your conference venue does not have such a space available, we will need to attain a permit for council owned land. We will do all the liaising with council on your behalf; however, any permit fees are an additional cost.
For most groups we would suggest teams of approximately 8-10 people. We can either divide your group into teams randomly on the day or we’re happy for you to predetermine the teams in advance. We will also come along with coloured bandanas for each of your teams to wear.
If it’s only drizzling and you would still like to proceed outdoors, we will come along with emergency ponchos for your group to use. Should proceeding outdoors not be feasible, we will supply a wet weather back up event; we simply need an indoor location to host this in. Usually the indoor location is your conference room or your office.
For events onsite at conference venues or resorts the venue can supply water. If your event is at your office or in a public space chat to us about providing water.
“The Staff were professional, engaging and very helpful in ensuring all staff understood each activity. They were on hand to closely supervise and answer any questions. It was very easy for our group to just turn up and let Pinnacle take over. Our facilitator was great – would definitely use Pinnacle again for our next team building day – I would highly recommend them for corporate events.”

“We participated in the Survivor Activity on the Beach. Fantastic, exceeded my expectations – a great mix of activities to suit all of our team members. Facilitators were efficient, friendly and motivating, very clear instructions for each activity.”
