Exercise sessions are a great way to improve the wellbeing of your delegates while boosting team morale and reducing stress.

Facilitated by professional fitness instructors, our Exercise Sessions are designed to awaken, invigorate and energise your team. We have a wide range of indoor and outdoor sessions available to suit any group with a mix of fitness abilities.

We have both indoor and outdoor Exercise Sessions available.

Our Exercise Sessions can be modified to suit a range of fitness abilities or participants with pre-existing injuries.

We will provide all equipment required for the Exercise Sessions i.e. yoga mats, boxing gloves, weights etc.

We are a completely mobile service and will bring our Exercise Sessions to you! All we need is a space at your conference venue, office or we can attain a permit for use of council owned land.

For any activity held on council owned land a permit is required. We will organise this on your behalf and add the permit cost to your booking.

Exercise Sessions Include

Pilates

Pilates is a system of exercises specially designed to strengthen both the mind and body. In this session your group will be focusing on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates is perfect for any corporate group as the exercises are low impact and can be easily modified to suit a range of fitness abilities from beginner to advanced.

Mindfulness & Meditation

An amazing session that, within seconds, will relax and enlighten your delegates. Using a combination of light stretching and movements from Tai Chi and Yoga, our facilitator will help your delegates focus their attention on what is being experienced here and now, without reacting to or judging it. In this session your delegates will learn to recognise when they’re getting carried away by thoughts and then deliberately choosing to ignore them in favour of being completely present in the current moment.

Yoga

No longer the back-breaking moves of old, Modern Yoga is surprisingly effective as a form of exercise, flexibility training, and relaxation. One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to be super flexible to participate. Our sessions are tailored to the experience level of your group and if you’re completely present with your breath, mind and body – you’re doing yoga!

Tai Chi

This ancient martial art used in modern times is the most peaceful way to exercise. Promoting improved joint range of motion, breathing, circulation, muscle tone and focusing of the mind. By focusing the mind solely on the Tai Chi movements your delegates will discover a state of mental calm and clarity, great for de-stressing before or after a day of conferencing.

Zumba

Created by a Colombian dancer, Zumba is high energy workout that combines both high and low intensity dance moves to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. As soon as your delegates hear the Latin dance music they will want to shake and shimmy their way through this exercise session – lots of laughs!

Bootcamp

An outdoor cardio circuit with plenty of variety suitable for all fitness levels. Designed to get your heart rate up with simple movements including calisthenics such as pushups, lunges and crunches, as well as drills and sprints. Our bootcamp exercise session incorporates bursts of intense activity alternated with intervals of lighter activity, also known as interval training.

Boxercise

Wake your delegates up with the fast pace of Boxercise. Designed to be a high heart rate session that encompasses fitness, boxing technique and lots of movement. Exercises include skipping, hitting pads, shuttle-runs and crunches. Don’t worry – no contact will occur between any of your delegates.

Morning Walk

This session involves a long or short walk and can also include some light stretching to get your delegates warmed up and moving freely. The walk explores the surrounds of the conference venue.

Frequently Asked Questions

We are a completely mobile service and will bring our Exercise Sessions to you! All we need is a space at your conference venue, office or we can attain a permit for use of council owned land. Please keep in mind that for any activity held on council owned land a permit is required. We will organise this on your behalf and add the permit cost to your booking.

We suggest your delegates wear active wear or comfortable clothes that they can move in and joggers or sports shoes. We would suggest that you organise water for your group and advise that delegates bring their own sweat towel if desired. If there is equipment required for the activity such as mats for yoga or boxing gloves for Boxercise we will supply that activity specific equipment.

We will liaise with you in the lead-up to the event & tailor the difficulty level of the Exercise Session to suit the demographics & abilities of your group. We want your delegates to feel safe whenever participating in one of our events, and we’ll never ask anyone to do something they don’t feel comfortable doing.

If your exercise session is not able to proceed outdoors, we can simply move the session indoors! All we need is an indoor space large enough to host this in. Usually the indoor location is your conference room or your office.

If you have a group larger than 40 people, we can still host a session for you! To ensure everyone is engaged and given the appropriate amount of attention we recommend no more than 40 people per exercise session/instructor. We’d suggest either adding another instructor on to help facilitate the session or adding another (different) exercise session to your agenda to give your delegates a choice.
