Pinnacle Team Events is a mobile service based in NSW that operates all over Australia. Our events take place wherever you are planning your next team gathering be it a conference venue, office building, restaurant, park or beach – we will have an event to suit your needs.

Pinnacle Team Events is a tight-knit team of corporate facilitators and event organisers who share a passion for making a difference in people’s lives. We do this through facilitating corporate programs and arranging events that are thought provoking, educational and motivating. For all our outdoor events we supply a wet weather back up event in case of rain on the day. This wet weather event is included within the price; we simply need an indoor location to host this event. Usually the indoor location is the clients conference room or their office.

Our facilitators will chat you through any specifics regarding clothing for the day. In general, for our outdoor events your delegates should wear comfortable shoes & casual clothing ready for mild activity outdoors.

Absolutely! No two events are ever the same and we are happy to tailor the activity to suit your desired outcomes for the day. We will work with you to creatively incorporate your conference theme, new product, core values or any other ideas you have into the challenges or overall activity.

Most clients have some idea of what they would like to get out of an activity e.g. work on communication, work as one team, focus on leadership or just have fun. However, most clients are unsure as to which programs will best suit their desired outcomes. Don’t worry! We are here to help. We will work closely with you to understand your needs and objectives and suggest the activities that will suit you best.

We’ve delivered programs for groups ranging in size from 8 – 1,000 participants, and are happy to work with you to design an activity to suit your group if your numbers exceed 1,000.

We’re happy to work with the charitable organisation of your choice. If you don’t have one, we’ll contact charities that we’ve worked with in the past or that are local to you and recommend a good fit.

The event times vary depending on the client’s agenda from 30 minutes to a full day. Most events run for 2-4 hours.

All of our host facilitators have current first aid certificates & will look after your delegates should an injury occur.

For events onsite at conference venues or resorts the venue can supply water. If your event is at your office or in a public space chat to us about providing water.

We want your delegates to feel safe whenever participating in one of our events, and we’ll never ask anyone to do something they don’t feel comfortable doing. Although we’ve never had to use it, Pinnacle Team Events are also covered by $20m public liability insurance.

For any corporate team building activity held on council land i.e. a park, reserve, oval or beach we will need to attain council approval for the event. Any application or hire fees are an additional cost and will be added to your final invoice.

For most events your host facilitator will be onsite at least 1 hour before start time. The larger the event, the more setup time is required.

All our events require pre-planning to ensure a successful program on the day so usually 2-3 weeks’ notice. The larger the event the more lead time is required up to 2-3 months; however, that said we have come to the rescue for many groups and hosted an event with 24 hours’ notice on several occasions!

Each of the events has its own pricing based on the time frame, number of people and location. Therefore, please contact us to receive a quote based on your specific requirements.

For our team building programs with a competitive element the winners are usually determined by points accumulated throughout the event. For the winning team, we will have genuine fake gold Pinnacle medallions. If you would like to provide additional prizes, we suggest keeping the monetary value to a minimum e.g. boxes of chocolates, bottles of wine, movie vouchers.

Hosting a team building activity debrief provides an invaluable platform for the members of your team to acknowledge what they’ve learned about themselves, about others and their interactions with one another. If you’re interested in incorporating a team building activity debrief, talk to us! We can link your set outcomes to the best activity and tailor the debrief questions to suit. We will help you find the lessons that will help your team be more productive & successful in the future.

If you are holding a face to face event our team will work with you and the venue to ensure all enforceable government directions which set out limits on public gatherings, physical distancing requirements and business restrictions, are adhered to.
