Meditation Team Building Activities
Our Mindfulness and Meditation sessions are best hosted indoors however can be hosted outdoors if required.
No active wear is required for our sessions, we recommend that all participants be comfortably seated at tables. This ensures that your team can fully engage in the experience without any barriers, making it seamlessly integrate into their workday.
We are a completely mobile service and will bring our Mindfulness and Meditation sessions to you! All we need is a space at your conference venue, office or we can attain a permit for use of council owned land.

A professionally guided 45 minute session that have been designed to give participants a unique inner-experience. These sessions may include a variety of mindfulness and breathing techniques to achieve different desired outcomes.
A blend of practical theory and experiential exercises, this 1 hour workshop has been developed to shift people’s mindsets and provide them with practical tips, tricks and techniques to use throughout their day-to-day.

We recommend a microphone and speakers for groups over 30 people.
