Wind back the clock as your team experiences the unbridled joy of imaginative play with the original building blocks in a competition or collaboration to create the most impressive LEGO model!

This thrilling competition will task teams with constructing an amazing model in a particular theme. When each team has completed their landscape model, they will present it to the whole group and try to persuade the expert judges through a “sales pitch” of why their model is the best.

Key Facts

The chosen theme for the LEGO® models can be chosen randomly or to help reinforce conference themes, company values or a topic of interest.

Each team will go through a design and concept session to decide what they want to build and how they plan to do it. Time pressure can be added to help focus the team on prioritisation and effective teamwork.

The team at the end of the event with the most points for their design and sales pitch will be crowned the winners!

CREATIVE: Imaginative play abounds and even the most “uncreative” people enjoy the simple pleasure of connecting bricks and making something tangible. Our LEGO® expert facilitators give guidance and advice, teaching how to build technical elements and tricks of the trade, like building curved surfaces with square bricks.

ENGAGEMENT: This activity is very approachable for your delegates, regardless of age, physical ability or interests. We set a playful and creative vibe with music playing, helpful suggestions and ideas and build up to the announcement of winners or the unveiling of the group project.

TEAMWORK: Teams will create amazing models that would take one person hours by combining their efforts, delegating and prioritising their workflow. There is a real sense of achievement when teams step back and admire their creation after starting with nothing but a huge pile of bricks!
