The Treasure Hunt team building event will see your delegates divided into teams of approximately 7 people per team.
Armed with a map and cryptic clues, teams will chart their course through various activity sites.
Along the way, teams will face trials of wit, skill, and daring, from surviving marooning to engaging in cannon fire showdowns.
But beware, me hearties, for greed may lead to peril! Teams must balance their quest for doubloons with strategic decision-making. The ultimate prize awaits the team with the most doubloons – a key to unlock the coveted treasure chest!
As the adventure reaches its climax, teams will converge for a final showdown, competing in an all-in challenge to claim victory and the spoils of their daring expedition.
Example Challenges
Marooned
Your ship is sinking and you have limited time to grab much needed supplies, deliberate with your team and choose the items that will ensure your survival.
Cannons
Teams fire their cannons via replicated catapults towards a landing zone where strategically positioned team members await ready to catch.
Shipwrecked
Using paddle pop sticks and sticky tape, teams must build a ship that will withstand the weight of the doubloon pirate coins they have earned along their treasure hunt. The more coins they fit onto their ship without it sinking, the more points they will earn for the team.

We tailor the activity challenge sites to suit your start/finish location, group and timeframe. Should you have a special request for a particular activity or location just let us know and we will work with you to include this in the activity.
If it’s only drizzling and you would still like to proceed outdoors, we will come along with emergency ponchos for your group to use. Should proceeding outdoors not be feasible, we will supply a wet weather back up event; we simply need an indoor location to host this in. Usually the indoor location is your conference room or your office.
