We are a completely mobile service & will bring the Race to Make a Difference to you! Whether it’s your conference venue, the Sydney CBD or the urban area surrounding your office we will tailor the activity to suit.
The Race to Make a Difference is a fast paced, action packed corporate social responsibility (CSR) event that culminates in the team giving back to a charity organisation. The goal for the participants is to be the team that raises the most money for charity. The Race to Make a Difference team building event will see your delegates divided into teams of approximately 7 people per team. Each team will be issued with a map and clues to the “donation dollars” activity sites hidden around the local area. We can host this event anywhere be it your conference venue, the Sydney CBD or urban areas in Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Central Coast, South Coast and the Southern Highlands. The challenges are designed to be fun, hands on and require the team to think strategically and work together to achieve success. Teams will be issued donation dollars based on their performance at each activity challenge site. We have a huge list of activity challenge options designed to suit your team, event location and your budget. Often this event is tailored to suit particular conference themes and outcomes; we have a vast array of ideas on how this can be achieved. The first team to the finish location is not necessarily the winner, instead the team with the most money will have the honour of presenting the charity representative with the donation. We will modify the race route to suit your desired start & finish locations. Although it is called a ‘Race’, the winning team is not the first to make it to the finish line. Instead, the winning team is determined by the number of money accumulated by each team. The physicality of the event and checkpoints will be tailored to suit your group. We’ll also ensure there’s ample time for teams to make it between the various check-points so there’s no need for your group to be overly exerting themselves physically. We have two suggested formats: OR Yes! If you’d like to present a giant cheque to the charity representative just let us know and we will organise it. Please note this is an additional cost. “Very happy! The team was really enthusiastic on the day, all ran smoothly, we did not have to do anything! Just participate. Good communication in the planning and the lead up to the event, Will had briefed his team well who were able to look after our planning whilst Will was away. But he made it back for the big day, and was a fantastic host.” Race to Make a Difference
