Project Pipeline is a challenging construction team building event where your whole team will ultimately be working together as one team to achieve a common goal. Each team will be assigned a country and the task of building a pipeline to deliver a precious resource from one side of the country to the other. Teams will manage time, resources and personnel to build their own pipeline before negotiating with the other teams to connect all the pipelines together – creating one continuous pipeline. Teams will need to work against time and conflicting objectives to achieve the whole group goal. Delegates will have great fun planning, negotiating, inventing and competing against the other countries to create their Pipeline. By the completion of the project the whole group will have built a long and winding pipeline that is put to the test when the precious resources are sent down the line. Project Pipeline
About Project Pipeline
Key Facts
The Project Pipeline team building event will see your delegates divided into teams of approximately 6 people per team.
Teams negotiate, trade and share resources as they realise the event is about the bigger picture – working together towards the common goal.
There is no winning team in the Project Pipeline activity. Instead, all teams are working as ‘one team’ – together towards a common goal. The whole group goal is achieved when all pipelines have been joined together and the precious resource is successfully sent down the line.
Often this event is tailored to suit conference themes and outcomes relating to working as one team, common goal & breaking down silos. We’d recommend incorporating a whole team debrief at the end of the activity to reinforce these outcomes.
We require a large, cleared indoor or outdoor space for this activity.
For any activity held on council owned land a permit is required. We will organise this on your behalf and add the permit cost to your booking.

“Our facilitator was very professional whilst providing an element of fun and laughter. He was highly organised and ensured that the project ran smoothly. This is the third time we have engaged Pinnacle and, on all occasions, we have been most impressed with the staff and how the activities have run.”
