Delegates must turn a room full of boxed toys, dry goods and gifts into hampers for needy families. Pinnacle provides everything from the contents for the hampers to the wrapping and ribbon. An overwhelming sense of pride will fill the room as the charity partner presents a thankyou speech on behalf of the families.

Key Facts

There are no teams in the Helping Hampers event. Instead, the whole group is working as ‘one team’ – together towards a common goal. The whole group goal is achieved when all the hampers have been donated to the charity representative and your delegates learn the true meaning of the session; the bigger picture of giving back to those less fortunate.

The Helping Hampers activity requires an indoor space set with trestle tables for all the hamper goods and materials.

The minimum donation is 50 hampers.

We will liaise with you to ensure the event is tailored to your company. We can include your products and we can partner with your preferred charity group to ensure that the event has maximum impact.

Often companies will include delegates beforehand by holding a charity drive within the workplace to include more items. The options are endless and the rewards for helping those in need will leave your team on a high!

Frequently Asked Questions

The Helping Hampers activity requires a minimum donation of 50 hampers with an option to add more depending on your group size.

If you have a preference, we are happy to work with the charitable organisation of your choice. If you don’t have one, we’ll contact charities that we’ve worked with in the past or that are local to you and recommend a good fit.

We require a large indoor space with room for building the hampers as well as trestle tables for all the goods and materials.
