The DomeWorks team building event will see your delegates divided into teams of approximately 6 – 8 people.
Participants receive a 2D blueprint of a 94-piece 3D dome puzzle—their mission? Construct the dome as fast as possible. Racing against the clock, teams must communicate, strategise, and execute flawlessly to beat the time limit and top the leaderboard.
Once each team’s dome is complete, our facilitator leads a debrief that can be tailored to your specific outcomes, and is typically centred around team alignment, process improvement, and efficiency.
Then, the real challenge begins! Teams redesign their approach for a second attempt, pushing their limits to see if they can break the coveted 5-minute mark.

A typical session runs as follows:
10 minutes – Welcome, briefing & team division
30 minutes – First challenge attempt
20 minutes – Structured debrief & strategy discussion
10 minutes – Second challenge attempt
10 minutes – Results announcement & final reflections
Timings can be adjusted to suit your schedule while ensuring a dynamic and engaging experience!
We require an indoor space with 1 x table per team of 6 – 8 participants. We also recommend a projector & screen, as well as a microphone for groups of 20+ participants.
