The workshop will detail a brief introduction to DISC including its history in psychology and research as well as a detailed overview of each of the four DISC styles with numerous interactive and engaging activities throughout – more laughter than notetaking!
Participants will then each complete their own DISC assessment and receive a comprehensive 14-page report tailored to their unique personality style.
This helps participants better understand their strengths, preferred work methods, as well as help your team work better together.
