If fun in the sun is what you want… this activity is for you.  Teams of delegates will compete for the honor and acclaim of a podium finish and the elusive gold medal! The teams rotate through a series of fun activities that involve delegates working together, but more so, having a great time. Scores are allocated to each team at each activity to determine an overall winner. Activities can include volleyball, archery, lawn bowls, catapults, laser clay shooting, frisbee tennis, petanque, and t-ball.

Discover the local area with fun, excitement and adventure. Just like on the TV show teams of delegates will open clues that lead them to various destinations around the local area. In a bus provided teams must direct their driver to each location. The challenges that await each team are chosen to suit your outcomes and budget. These include archery, beach survivor tasks, laser clay pigeon shooting, fishing, aqua golf, sailing, bike riding and much more.

With any city as the backdrop to this exciting activity teams compete to win the Amazing Race. Your group will be divided into teams who are armed with a camera, clues and the description of a fugitive. Teams must collect as many points as possible. There are 10 pieces of photographic evidence to be taken, 10 scavanger items to be found and of course one fugitive to be unveiled! All this teamed up with Detour Challenge Stations where teams have the opportunity to gain bonus points. This is a fantastic activity for groups looking for a fun team activity in a city area.

A fun yet competitive activity that will ignite your team into action. The Initiative Matrix activity involves teams of delegates working together to solve cryptic clues which lead them to life size problem solving tasks. Teams must think outside the square and ensure that all hands are on deck to succeed. Successful completion of each task rewards teams with a crucial piece of the Matrix. Who will be first to solve the question on every ones lips? “What is the Matrix?”

The Mini Olympics is a fun activity that provokes competitiveness and plenty of laughter while at the same time doesn’t intimidate participants who may be lacking in sporting or physical prowess.  The event involves teams rotating around various sports such as Archery, Petanque, Laser Clay Pigeon Shooting, Frisbee, Catapult Firing, T-Ball, Team Tennis, Golf Chipping, Volleyball, Dodge Ball, and Lawn Bowls. Options are endless dependant on the venue and the size of the group. Each team participates in all of the activities and team scores are tallied to provide an overall winner. In a ceremony at the conclusion of the activity the winning team is presented with special medallions.

Experience the thrill and excitement of shooting clay pigeons as they fly through the air. This dynamic and interactive activity uses authentic 12 gauge shotguns that have been converted to fire laser beams. Clays with Omni-directional tape are fired from the launcher - when the shooter scores a hit the beam is reflected back to the gun and registers a hit on the electronic scoreboard.

Picture the team challenges that are seen on the TV series survivor. Divide your group into small teams of 10 per team and set the challenge to be the fastest team through all challenges. Let the completion begin! These initiatives involve the delegates working as a whole group facilitated by our staff. The overall winner is determined based on scores generated throughout the activity. At the end of the session it is suggested that a small debriefing process take place that is fun and will reinforce the aim of the activity.

Teams are instructed to assemble a bicycle, upon completion they nominate a cyclist to race against the other teams. Just as teams are about to race the final surprise is unveiled. The room goes dark and the music starts to pump… when the lights come up one child per team from the Smith Family charity group is waiting for a new bike. Teams hold up their number that unbeknownst to them has been specifically matched to the age and gender of the child. The atmosphere becomes unexpectedly charged with emotion as delegates come to realise that it is all about the “bigger picture”.

Delegates enter the conference room to be met by the sounds of drumming from the Human Rhythms team. As the surprised delegates take their seats they discover a drum in front of them and start to play. Over the next 45 minutes the human rhythms team take these individual contributions and mould them into one piece of music leading delegates on an unforgettable musical journey, where laughter and elation is achieved in a high energy interactive performance. This the your groups chance to become active performers!

Be Robin Hood for the day! This ancient form of medieval weaponry is not readily accessible for adults. In this engaging activity a structured lesson involving technique and safety are outlined and enforced. Each individual will then test their prowess aiming to score points for their team. All delegates will have plenty of firing time and be kept entertained as teams are involved in various competitions and games. A great break activity or in conjunction with one of our Carnivale of Amazing Race programs.

Discover the sommelier within as teams compete to create the winning blend. Your very own Hunter Valley Winemaker will uncover the secrets involved from grape to glass. This unique and practical activity will have you smelling, swirling and spitting as teams create their very own blend, design a label and promote their new creation. A bottle of the winning blend and design will be distributed to every member of the group to take home and drink as they wish.
