"We do not do group hugs" and endeavour to be different and flexible. We aim to be different and change your mind about the old team-building stigma. We offer a no nonsense approach to all of our programs which allows flexibility and professionalism to be at the forefront. Singing Kumbia is not our style.

Lincoln Amidy is the Director of Pinnacle and has a passion for a healthy and balanced lifestyle. He is an innovative and informative corporate presenter and facilitator. He now operates his own business conducting corporate teambuilding and health presentation events with companies all over Australia.

Lincoln started Pinnacle in 2004 after spending 4.5 years with the Golden Door Health Retreat. The principles that the Golden Door stand for are still evident in Lincoln’s approach to health and wellbeing. He is a proud father of two beautiful children and a loving husband.

Will Mason joined Pinnacle in 2005 and has since become a partner in the business. Will is a vibrant and energetic young man who thrives on meeting new people. Will is a keen adventure racer and triathlete who loves a laugh.

Zane Osborn is an energetic corporate facilitator with a genuine love for working with people. He is a talented sportsman, father and family man who has been a fantastic addition to the Pinnacle Team
